Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea

Ingredients: 

1 lemon, squeezed

Fresh ginger root, peeled and grated

Fresh Turmeric root, grated

Manuka Honey

Boiling water

Directions: Combine everything in a large mug and steep for at least 10 minutes.

Benefits:

  • Provides antioxidants in the form of vitamin c.

  • Manka honey adds sweetness along with anti-inflammatory and anti- viral properties and can soothe a sore throat.
