1/3 cup chia seeds
16 oz non-dairy unsweetened milk (full fat coconut is yummy)
1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon.
Combine chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Let sit 3-4 minutes, stir again, let sit 30-40 minutes or overnight to thicken. Serve with any toppings (fresh or frozen fruit, nut butter, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, granola). Makes 6-7 servings.
